This ongoing class focuses on fine-tuning floor exercises while maintaining proper alignment and engagement of powerhouse muscles. We will also connect these movements to functional activities so you can apply what you learn in the studio to your everyday lives. We will use a few accessories in this class to create resistance, deepen focus and use techniques that help aid the body in recovery and tension release. (Magic circles, weighted balls, stretch-out straps, poles, foam rollers)
